Lindsay Lohan's Professionalism Praised By Movie Producer

Lindsay Lohan’s stalled movie career may just have been given the boost it so desperately needs after a producer on new movie Labor Pains praised her work ethic.

The actress's reputation as a nightmare to work with was confirmed during the filming of 2007’s Georgia Rule, when infuriated studio chief James G. Robinson wrote a letter to the star attacking her party-lifestyle, lateness and general unprofessionalism.

But according to a producer on upcoming comedy Labor Pains - in which Lohan plays a publishing assistant who pretends to be pregnant in a bid to keep her job - the 21-year-old has been a consummate professional.
Producer Rich Schwarts tells industry publication Variety, "I didn't know Lindsay before this, but we looked each other in the eye three months ago, and she has done everything I could have asked."

We hope Schwarts hasn't spoken too soon - shooting on the movie, which also stars Chris Parnell and Cheryl Hines, doesn't begin until 9 June.
